Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective

Technical Support Ambassador

Worked the helpdesk at Conestoga's entrepreneurship hub. A lot of tickets, troubleshooting, and figuring out why something suddenly stopped working.

  • Handled 200+ monthly IT support tickets from intake to resolution.
  • Built notes around repeated issues so fixes were easier the next time.
  • Helped with desktops, laptops, iOS, Android, and general setup problems.

Orientation Volunteer

Helped new students get through the tech side of starting school. Accounts, installs, campus systems, and explaining things in a way that actually made sense.

  • Guided 100+ students through account setup and software installation.
  • Adapted explanations for people with different comfort levels around tech.

ConHacks 2026

Built Flow during ConHacks in about 24 hours. It started as a rough idea for dyslexic readers and turned into a working app we could actually demo.

  • Built the app in React and TypeScript from scratch.
  • Connected Gemini API, ElevenLabs, and PDF.js into one reading flow.
  • Demoed a working version to judges by the end of the hackathon.
